Non contact training usually involves a warm up with fitness and agility exercises followed by ball handling exercises focusing on skills and decision making, and finishes with games depending on attandance numbers.
Contact training follows the same structure only it includes strength exercises and contact preparation using pads, with limited live contact at the end when players are technically and physically ready for it.
